My Story
I have been a pediatric nurse for over 25 years. I graduated from the Georgetown School of Nursing and then soon after got my master’s degree in nursing education at NYU.
I started teaching group fitness classes over 5 years ago during Covid and have fell in love with teaching and helping others change and love their bodies.
Stretch training is an integral part of staying in shape at any age. The only way to change your body composition is by using weights. Through the combination of strength training classes and eating healthy, high protein low carb you will truly transform the way you look and feel. I provide fresh and healthy meals for busy moms and families on the go. It’s hard to find the time to buy and prepare healthy meals so I am making it easy and accessible!
So I have been on the medical side of nursing for quite some time now. I am ready to start being on the preventative medicine side. This means taking a closer look at what we feed our bodies.
I have always had a passion for health and fitness and have always been a runner. My goal is to help clients enjoy the foods they love while still losing or maintaining their weight.
I grew up with an Italian father who loved to cook and his meals were delicious, but they were not necessary “healthy”. On the other hand my Irish mother was always looking to feed us healthy meals. So growing up with this ying/yang for food has brought me to where I am today.
I consider myself a foodie and I truly enjoy a delicious meal. My goal is to make my clients realize that food can be both delicious and healthy all at the same time.
My food service offers 1 healthy meal and snack/dessert a week. Many people are afraid to start “dieting” because they feel restricted. I am here to teach you that you can still eat healthy without it being boring or restrictive.
Please feel free to email me with any questions.
